Ribs in the smoker, low and slow, fall off the bone delicious!

For the Ribs
Baby Back Ribs (as many racks as you want!)
1 cup Dry Rub of your choice.
2 tbs Butter (Per Rack)
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Yellow Mustard
1 cup BBQ Sauce
Mop Mix
2 cups Apple Juice
2 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbs Dry Rub
Prepare Ribs
1Remove the membrane from back of ribs. Use a paper towel to get a good grip.
2Rinse and pat dry racks of ribs
3Apply a think coat of yellow mustard to both sides of ribs
4Apply dry rub to both sides of ribs
5Apply brown sugar to meat side of ribs
6Wrap each rack of ribs in foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight
Mix Mop
7Mix 2 cups apple juice, 2 tbs Worcestershire Sauce and 2 tbs dry rub, set aside
8Remove ribs from refrigerator 1 hour before cook time to allow to come to room temp
9Set smoker to 225F and let stabilize, approx 30 min
Time to cook some ribs!
10Add ribs to smoker, meat side up
11Smoke at 225F for 3 hours
3 Hour Mark
13Remove ribs and wrap in foil
14Add 2 tbs apple juice and 2 tbs butter and wrap tight
15Return ribs to smoker for 1 1/2 hours
Final Step
17Brush on generous amounts of BBQ Sauce
18Return ribs to smoker for 45 minutes
Time to Eat!
19Remove ribs, cut apart and enjoy!
