1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups water
1 lb. (4 cups) cranberries
1Boil sugar and water together for 5 minutes.
2Add cranberries and boil without stirring until all the skins pop open (about 5 minutes).
3Remove from heat and allow the sauce to remain in the pan until cool.
4When sauce has cooled, taste and adjust for sweetness.
